Your Charlotte’s Cove jewelry is designed to be worn and loved every day. Keep caring for your favorites simple with four steps: Rinse, Pat Dry, Polish, and Protect.

1. Rinse
   After wearing your jewelry in the pool or ocean, rinse it with fresh water to remove salt, chlorine, sunscreen, and residue. If additional cleaning is needed, use a clean, soft cloth lightly dampened with fresh water. Avoid soaking, aggressive scrubbing, and harsh cleaners.
2. Pat Dry
   Gently pat the entire piece completely dry with a clean, soft cloth. Be especially gentle around freshwater pearls, gemstones, and settings. Never put your jewelry away while it is still wet.
3. Polish
   Once clean and completely dry, gently buff the gold with your included Charlotte’s Cove care cloth. Use a clean, soft cloth for freshwater pearls, gemstones, and delicate surfaces. Avoid abrasive polishing products and aggressive rubbing.
4. Protect

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN WINDOW

Eligible retail purchases made November 1–December 30 may be returned for store credit or exchanged. Submit your request by the January 15 immediately after your purchase, or within 30 days of delivery, whichever is later. Standard eligibility requirements and exclusions apply.
