Thank you for shopping with Charlotte's Cove. Every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches by our team in Leander, Texas. Because we create with intention rather than mass production, we take the time to ensure every order is carefully prepared before it begins its journey to you.


Processing Time

Our jewelry is handcrafted in small batches and made with care.

  • Ready-to-ship jewelry: Ships within 3–7 business days.

  • Wholesale orders: Typically ship within 5–10 business days.

  • Large wholesale or custom orders: May require additional production time.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, new collection launches, or periods of high order volume.


Shipping

We proudly ship nationwide using trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package from our studio to your doorstep.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Charlotte's Cove is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update your address upon request.


Lost, Delayed & Stolen Packages

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of Charlotte's Cove's control.

All shipments are insured while in transit.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at info@charlottescove.com. We'll gladly assist you by filing a shipping claim when applicable.

Charlotte's Cove is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier and your local authorities.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship every order on time, weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
