Each time you shop, follow, share, or celebrate with us, you can earn Cove Rewards toward a future Charlotte’s Cove purchase. It is a simple way for your loyalty to become something meaningful.

How It Works

Create a Charlotte’s Cove account to begin earning rewards automatically.

Earn points when you place an order, celebrate your birthday, connect with us on social media, or share Charlotte’s Cove with others.

Once you reach 1,000 Cove Rewards, you can redeem them for $25 off a purchase of $150 or more.

Earning Cove Rewards

Here are the ways you can earn:

  • 1 Cove Reward for every $1 spent
  • 200 Cove Rewards when you create an account
  • 250 Cove Rewards on your birthday
  • 50 Cove Rewards when you follow Charlotte’s Cove on Instagram
  • 50 Cove Rewards when you follow Charlotte’s Cove on TikTok
  • 50 Cove Rewards when you like Charlotte’s Cove on Facebook
  • 100 Cove Rewards when you share Charlotte’s Cove in a social media feed post or Reel

Social sharing rewards apply to published feed posts or Reels. Story shares do not qualify.

Getting Started

  1. Create an account at account.charlottescovejewelry.com.
  2. Once you are logged in, click the Rewards banner in the bottom-right corner of the website.
  3. View your Cove Rewards balance, discover ways to earn, and redeem your available rewards.

Share the Cove

Know someone who would love Charlotte’s Cove? Open the Rewards banner and copy your personal referral link to share with her.

Your friend will receive $10 off her first purchase of $100 or more. Once she completes her qualifying purchase, you will receive $10 off a future purchase of $100 or more as our way of thanking you for sharing the Cove.

Referral rewards are connected to the intended recipient’s account and may be used once.

Redeeming Your Cove Rewards

When you have earned 1,000 Cove Rewards, open the Rewards banner and select your $25 reward.

Your personalized reward code can be used toward a Charlotte’s Cove purchase of $150 or more.

  • Reward codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes.
  • Only one reward code may be used per order.
  • Referral rewards require a purchase of $100 or more.
  • The $25 Cove Rewards discount requires a purchase of $150 or more.
