We want you to love your Charlotte's Cove purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return has been authorized, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@charlottescove.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All Charlotte's Cove shipments are insured during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged while in transit, we'll file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf when applicable. To help us process your claim, please include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged packaging and item.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Charlotte's Cove is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier and your local authorities.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because many Charlotte's Cove pieces are handcrafted and made in small batches, certain items cannot be returned.

Gift cards
Many of our designs feature natural shells, freshwater pearls, and genuine gemstones. These natural materials make every piece beautifully unique. If a replacement is needed, slight variations in color, shape, or texture should be expected and celebrated as part of their natural beauty.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for your original purchase. Once your return has been approved, you're welcome to place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
Eligible returns may qualify for an exchange, replacement, or store credit depending on the circumstances.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your return has been approved.
Approved returns may be eligible for store credit, an exchange, or a replacement, depending on the circumstances. Charlotte's Cove does not offer cash or credit card refunds except where required by law.
If your return qualifies for store credit or an exchange, we'll provide the available options once your return has been inspected and approved.

Order Cancellations
Because every Charlotte's Cove piece is handcrafted shortly after your order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
While we'll always do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
