A Pinch-Me Moment: One of Charlotte’s Cove’s Biggest Pop-Ups Yet

A little pinch-me moment for Charlotte’s Cove 🤍

Recently, I had the opportunity to pop up inside Anthropologie, and if I’m being honest, it felt surreal.

One of those moments that quietly stops you in your tracks and reminds you how far you’ve come.

Because when Charlotte’s Cove first began, I never imagined something like this would be possible.

There was a time when this dream felt too big. Too far away. Maybe even a little unrealistic.

I wasn’t sure if I had what it took to build something meaningful. I questioned whether caring so deeply about something as personal as the ocean even made sense for a business.

But Charlotte’s Cove was never created from a trend.

It was created from something deeply rooted in who I am.

A Lifelong Love for the Ocean

Growing up along the California coast, the ocean shaped me in ways I didn’t fully understand at the time.

If you love the ocean, you probably know the feeling I’m talking about.

That deep exhale when you hear the waves.

The calm.

The perspective.

The sense of wonder.

The feeling that somehow everything slows down for a moment.

The ocean was never just a place to me.

It was comfort. Escape. Inspiration. Home.

And when I moved away from the coast, I realized how deeply I missed not just the place itself, but the feeling it gave me.

I longed for a way to carry that feeling into everyday life.

The beauty.

The serenity.

The memories.

The quiet sense of peace.

And slowly, Charlotte’s Cove began to take shape.

Feeling Different

For a long time, I thought maybe I was the odd one out.

The person who felt things too deeply.

The one who noticed beauty in little moments or became deeply attached to places, memories, and feelings in a way that didn’t always seem ordinary.

I questioned whether those parts of myself were “too much.”

But over time, I’ve learned something really beautiful:

The parts of ourselves that make us different are often the exact things we’re meant to share.

The things rooted deepest in our hearts usually exist for a reason.

Charlotte’s Cove became my way of honoring that.

Not just through jewelry, but through feeling.

A reminder of connection.

A little escape.

Something beautiful to carry with you.

A Full-Circle Moment

So standing inside Anthropologie recently felt like a full-circle moment.

Not because it meant I had “made it.”

But because it reminded me what can happen when you continue showing up for something you deeply believe in.

Dreams rarely happen in a straight line.

They grow through uncertainty.

Hard seasons.

Quiet moments when no one sees the work.

Consistency.

Faith.

And continuing to show up even when you’re unsure.

If there’s one thing I hope this story reminds you of, it’s this:

The dreams placed on your heart are there for a reason.

Keep going.

You never know where they may lead.

With love,

Ashley

Can I wear Charlotte's Cove jewelry every day?

Absolutely. In fact, that's exactly how Ashley designs every collection.

As a mom of four boys, she understands the misconception that you have to save your favorite jewelry for special occasions. She wanted pieces that could keep up with everyday life—whether that's school drop-offs, beach vacations, workdays, or everything in between.

Because Ashley also has sensitive skin, choosing high-quality materials has always been a priority. Every piece is selected with comfort, durability, and long-lasting wear in mind, so you can enjoy your jewelry with confidence.
